Today was 75 degrees! Instead of wearing winter clothes, everyone was dressed like it was Spring! Crazy weather here in the Midwest.

Wow! Where has this year gone? And why does it seem like after Halloween the rest of the year is over in a blink?

Still haven't decided if I'm adding some post December pages to my journal so I'm just making base/foundation pages and will decide by tomorrow. Here is my page 1.

I'm on a roll! Here is the inside cover. Not sure yet if I'm going to leave the first few pages for Christmas prep such as decorating, other activities, etc. We shall see.

Is it really me?

Well I'm embarrassed - it's been 2 years since my last blog post.  Really?  Too much has probably gone on during the course of those 2 years to write about so I'll just start fresh and see where it goes.  So Journal Your Christmas starts December 1st and I'm REALLY excited about it this year.  I know you've heard this before but this year will be different!  You know why?  My craft room is finally complete!  That means, everything is organized and I finally feel calm when I enter the room and not overwhelmed like I once felt.  I'd walk in, look around and walk out because I didn't know where to start.  So, let's bring it!  Here's the cover for my journal:

One Word

One word to encapsulate 2010. Grateful. I have my health, my son, my husband, my family and friends. I have a home that is warm and food on the table. I have my freedom and my creativity. I am grateful.

In case you're wondering about the title...I signed up for this. Trying to be a better blogger for the coming year. My one word for next year: Improvement
